Brent Everett Brent Corrigan Movies
I had the chance to collaborate again with the great Argentine singer Sandra Rumolino. The party included an extraordinary violinist of Romanian origin and a great dulcimer player (regardless of patch !!!). Sandra once again impressed me with the emotion that emerges his singing, still with much ease. With her the first dose is often good. I've mixed the two-thirds of the disk and finish the rest next week, this time with the SSL. That will be interesting, even if the stamp beautiful Sandra sublimate the smallest cassette recorder.
With my friend Michael (the man with the config live), we went to Brest registered (which city dark) big band Caratini Patrice (the famous Jazz Ensemble) on a program devoted to French music. Concerts played at the "Vauban", the legendary hotel restaurant whose basement is just another concert hall, sometimes ballroom. A known location of a large number of groups and French artists of all kinds; watch the programming and you will understand. The disc was released by Harmonia Mundi.
I mixed the music composed and performed by my good friend Peter Fruchard (the man on guitar who has contributed so much to drive Malouma) and the equally talented Etienne Bonhomme (drummer subtle group Innocent X, the singer Claire Diterzi and many other projects, also for the excellent work of sound sampling). The music made for a documentary about the designer Philippe Starck was not lacking in class. Interesting work on the sound material. I would love to participate more often in such projects.
I still have many projects to tell you but I have to leave because I returned to my training SSL, get to know every corner of this very powerful machine (too?), History not too rowing during next mixes. Will I get there?
